You can check to see if the transaction was processed by looking on the “Transaction Monitor”. This screen lets you monitor the status of your transaction plus view the generated XML.
Log in as Workflow Admin user.

Navigate to Transaction Monitor
By default it queries all inbound transactions from suppliers that occurred today. Select the “Inbound Messages” radio button, blank out the “party type” field and click on “Go” to see the inbound messages processed today.
You can drill to the details by clicking on the Document ID number. The detail screen includes a link to “View XML”
Once the Transaction Monitor shows “Success”, you can query up the inbound message resultant transaction. For the PO Inbound message, The easiest way to find it is to query the sales order by PO Number.
You can also use the Transaction Monitor to resend an outbound document, if necessary.
The Transaction Monitor is a tool for monitoring the status of inbound and outbound transactions originating from and going into the Oracle e–Business Suite that have been processed by
the XML Gateway and delivered or received by the Oracle Transport Agent.
The search page allows you to search by inbound messages, outbound messages, delivery status, transaction type, party type and date range etc., criteria.
